EXAM is checked by the thesis supervisor,\u00a0i.e.,\u00a0the examiner.\u00a0The examiner receives an email when the student has completed the maturity test.\u00a0You can access the link in the message to evaluate the maturity test.\u00a0<strong>NOTE!\u00a0The supervisor evaluates the content of the maturity test in EXAM before the language evaluation<\/strong>.\u00a0If the content passes the evaluation,\u00a0the test is sent for language evaluation.\u00a0The language evaluation is done by a teacher from the Language Centre.<\/p>\n<p>The student\u2019s answer to the maturity test can be found on the dashboard under the \u201cUnassessed exams\u201d tab.\u00a0The \u201cUnassessed\u201d column displays the number of unevaluated exams (1).\u00a0Select the column number:<\/p>\n<figure written answer is displayed as text in the browser,\u00a0below the question.\u00a0At the beginning of the answer,\u00a0you will find basic information about the exam,\u00a0such as the reservation time,\u00a0completion time,\u00a0and any previous answers the student may have given to this exam.\u00a0If you wish,\u00a0you can print the student\u2019s written answer on paper or save it as a PDF file using the \u201cPrint\u201d button.\u00a0If necessary,\u00a0you can send an email to the student via the email link.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The maturity test is graded as either \u201cPass\u201d or \u201cFail.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Write your written feedback in the \u201cWrite a statement for the content evaluation\u201d window.\u00a0<strong>Providing feedback is mandatory for the maturity test.<\/strong>\u00a0You can add feedback such as \u201cContent approved\u201d or similar and press Save. You can save the evaluation as incomplete by pressing the \u201cSave\u201d button and continue the evaluation later.<\/li>\n<li>If the maturity test is not sent for language evaluation (Master\u2019s),\u00a0press \u201cSave and lock the assessment.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>If the maturity test is sent for language evaluation (Bachelor\u2019s) and if the content of the maturity test is approved,\u00a0select \u201c<strong>Save and send to language evaluation<\/strong>\u201c. browser,\u00a0below the question.\u00a0At the beginning of the answer,\u00a0you will find basic information about the exam,\u00a0such as the reservation time,\u00a0completion time,\u00a0and any previous answers the student may have given to this exam.\u00a0If you wish,\u00a0you can print the student\u2019s written answer on paper or save it as a PDF file using the \u201cPrint\u201d button.\u00a0If necessary,\u00a0you can send an email to the student via the email link.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the page,\u00a0you can see the feedback written by the supervisor on the content and the also receive a message that the evaluation is complete and will be able to see the evaluation of the maturity test in EXAM,\u00a0as well as the feedback written by the supervisor and language You can add feedback such as \u201cContent approved. <strong>The student had extra time in the exam<\/strong>\u201d and press Save.<\/p>\n<p>Information about the extra time is important so that the language examiner can guide the student appropriately.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Aids and Medications<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>If a student needs to bring medications, snacks, or aids to the Examstudio, this must be communicated to the Examstudio supervisors in advance by sending a service request through the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\">Helpdesk<\/a>.
