Elmo-intra is a website used by Jamk staff and students. It’s like an internal website just for Jamk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone uses the same Elmo-intra, but not everyone sees everything. Some things are only visible to staff, and some things are visible to both staff and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means staff can always see everything that students can see. But not all student-related things are shown to staff, because they are shown more work-related things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is most clearly seen in the intranet’s navigation: Students see slightly different content than staff. Some of the contents may be visible to students under a different name than to the staff. However, in the main navigation, the staff can see everything that the students do, but organised in a slightly different way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the images below, you can see which contents are visible only to staff (turquoise) and which to staff and students (orange):<\/p>\n\n\n\n
