We respond to service requests as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students should primarily contact their teachers if they have Moodle related questions. If necessary, the teacher will contact an Elearning Designer or Helpdesk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students can practice using Moodle on a self-study course. You can find the course in Moodle when you type the course name Student Moodle Orientation in the course search. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moodle news<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Current Moodle-related news are shared in Helpdesk news, Jamk intra news, the top banner of the Moodle login page, and in Verkko-opetus (at) Jamk Teams group that is intended for Jamk teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If Moodle is not working properly, check the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/fi\/\">current Help news<\/a> to see if there is, for example, a scheduled downtime.
