All theses are published electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE. The student may take his thesis to Theseus only after receiving permission from the thesis tutor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After this, approve the published thesis link from the <strong>Thesis to be registered<\/strong> tab (Figure 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/opinnaytetyon-ohjaus\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/110\/2023\/09\/Accepting-the-theseus-link.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1220\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figure 1. Accepting the Theseus link<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon approving the link, you archive the thesis and related documents in the Tweb Records Management. Select the PDF document according to the title from the drop-down menu in each row (Figure 2). Documents to be stored below (mandatory documents in bold):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The latest version of the thesis<\/strong>, named Thesis_Lastname_Firstname_groupcode.pdf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Statement of the working life tutor (Statement_commissioner_Lastname_Firstname_groupcode.pdf)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thesis agreement (Thesisagreement_Lastname_Firstname_Unit.pdf)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Self-assessment<\/strong> (Selfassessment_Lastname_Firstname_groupcode.pdf)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE.
