{"id":570,"date":"2024-10-01T14:46:31","date_gmt":"2024-10-01T11:46:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/ops-kasikirja\/?page_id=570"},"modified":"2025-03-11T13:03:07","modified_gmt":"2025-03-11T11:03:07","slug":"checklist-for-implementations-peppi","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/ops-kasikirja\/en\/checklist-for-implementations-peppi\/","title":{"rendered":"Checklist for implementations (Peppi)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Checklist for the assessment of a course implementation description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use the checklist either for assessing your implementation or ask your colleague to assess it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, create an implementation in <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/teachers-instructions\/instructions-for-filling-out-the-implementation-plan-basic-information-of-implementation\/\">accordance with the instructions in Peppi<\/a>. Review your implementation in the student view either via the study search or on the Curricula page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clarity and comprehensibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The language is clear general language without complex sentence structures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The description is not missing essential or critical information from the perspective of studying.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consistency of content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The described methods, contents, materials and use of time match the intended learning outcomes of the course. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For example, how does the chosen pedagogical method apply to evaluation? Is formative and continuous evaluation reflected in the implementation description?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information on any prerequisites is mentioned with the course.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information provided for study practices<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information that the student must demonstrate their activity within three weeks from the start of the course. This is a prerequisite for studying in the course. (Does not apply to nonstops.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The teaching and study methods as well as guidance has been described from a student-oriented perspective. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For example, if the implementation involves webinars, say: \u201cTo participate in webinars, you need a working camera, headphones and microphone.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In blended learning, the contents and locations of distance and contact learning are described separately. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For example, contact learning at the main campus, distance learning online, exercises in the main campus laboratory, or exercises simulated online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternative methods of completion are explained, such as studification. Also mention if there are no alternative methods of completion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working life orientation is mentioned. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For example, tasks are applied to working life, visits to workplaces, collaboration projects, and content designed together with working life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The \u2018Exams and retake possibilities\u2019 field has to indicate whether or not there is an exam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The content scheduling is described.
