You can find the instructions on <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/teachers-instructions\/enrollments-and-assessment\/implementation-assessment\/\">the implementation assessment page<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/yearplanning\/searching-for-implementations\/\">Check that Peppi shows you all the implementations in which you are a teacher in the upcoming period<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check and update the following information for your own implementations:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the implementations have been published<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/teachers-instructions\/teachers-schedules-2\/\">timetable reservations for the implementation (face-to-face and online teaching) have been made in Peppi<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/teachers-instructions\/instructions-for-filling-out-the-implementation-plan-basic-information-of-implementation\/\">implementation description<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/yearplanning\/changing-the-timing-of-an-implementation\/\">implementation schedule<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accept or reject enrolments for the autumn implementations. You can find the instructions on <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/teachers-instructions\/enrollments-and-assessment\/enrollments\/\">the enrolments page<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">During the semester (autumn\/spring + summer)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/fi\/opintojaksopalaute\/opettajan-nakyma\/loppupalaute\/palautteen-avautuminen\/\">Check that the implementations have dates for when the course feedback is open (the page is in Finnish)<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can start processing enrolments for the spring implementations before the turn of the year. You can find the instructions on <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/teachers-instructions\/enrollments-and-assessment\/enrollments\/\">the enrolments page<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thesis tutor: check messages related to thesis guidance sent by the Wihi system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Career tutor conducts personal learning plan (PLP) discussions with students and updates their PLPs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">At the start of the year<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check the descriptions of your old and new courses.
