Note that the unit\u2019s equipment is displayed to all Peppi users even if the right to make reservations is only assigned to a specific group of people.<br>In the request, you must specify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The name of the accessory\/equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potential room code (if not relevant, the administrator will define this)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potential additional information\/instructions for the use of the equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potential photo attachment (size 640\u00d7480)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 Room management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Room management comprises campus names, room types, rooms and their status information as well as allowed reservation times within the campus opening hours.<br>The room names, equipment, images, other additional information and status codes are updated upon request.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Peppi, rooms and equipment are managed by the resource management administrator, and all changes and additions must be requested via the Helpdesk. 1 Equipment management The unit\u2019s own equipment can be added, edited and removed.
