You can edit the student personal information, contact information, data release permissions and information about next of kin, and add other additional information for the student. Here, you can also add a study right for the student manually or by using a study right template. The view displays whether the student has a safety prohibition set and whether the student\u2019s graduation information may be published<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edit data release permissions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <strong>Edit data release permissions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select a value to the desired data release permission option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cannot edit a certain piece of information, your user profile does not allow editing that information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the left-hand side navigation, select <strong>Additional information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add additional information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <strong>Add additional information<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the desired additional information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Edit existing additional information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the end of the data row, select <strong>Functions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Edit additional information<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit the additional information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Delete additional information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the end of the data row, select <strong>Functions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Delete<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>OK<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Next of kin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the left-hand side navigation, select \u2018Next of kin\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add information about next of kin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <strong>Add next of kin<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the details of the next of kin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To edit the details of a previously added next of kin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>Edit<\/strong> button on the right-hand side of the page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit the details of the next of kin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To delete the details of a previously added next of kin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>Delete<\/strong> button on the right-hand side of the page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>OK<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Study Entitlements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the left-hand side navigation, select Study Entitlements. The view displays all the student&#8217;s study entitlements. The status of the study entitlement (Active study entitlement \/ Study entitlement ended) is displayed in the title line, which you can press to open or close the displayed study right information.
