The range of reports available in Peppi spans from certificates to regular Excel reports. Reports can be printed out via student right search, for example, or directly from the student\u2019s study right details or from the \u2018Reports\u2019 menu found in the top bar. The reports seen and selectable by a user depend on the user rights of the user concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reports via user right search<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First, retrieve the student(s) by using the search feature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Run a student search in the preferred manner (see <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/study-management\/student-administration\/study-right-search\/\">Study right search<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To<strong> select<\/strong> <strong>the student(s)<\/strong> from the list on whom you want to print out reports, tick the checkbox in front of the name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open <strong>Reports <\/strong>and select the correct report folder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To <strong>select the desired report<\/strong>, tick the checkbox in front of the report name.<br>Note! The reports available for selection depend on your user rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make the additional selections related to the report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select how you want to print out the reports. The following options are available:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>generate separate files = the reports will be printed out in separate files by report type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>generate person-specific files = the reports will be printed out in separate files for each student<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>generate one file = the reports will be printed out in a single file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Print selected reports<\/strong> to selected persons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system will save the reports on your computer from which you can then view and print them<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"271\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/131\/2020\/04\/opiskeluoikeushaku_raportit.png\" alt=\"Picture of study right search reports window\" class=\"wp-image-1490\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changing the name of a study module in the printouts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In certain situations, the name of a study module needs to be corrected or its translation is missing. To correct the name, you will need to enter an alternative name via the student\u2019s PLP. To correct the name shown in the printouts, do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Switch to the student\u2019s <strong>PLP<\/strong> and select the <strong>View tab<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the three points button after the study module name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Edit<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DO NOT select \u2018Assessment\u2019. Peppi will not allow you to change the printed name via \u2018Assessment\u2019 if the study module will not be assessed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Alternative name<\/strong> as the name to be shown in the printouts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the name to be printed in Finnish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the name to be printed in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From the Reports top bar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports can be found and generated from the \u2018Reports\u2019 section in the top bar of the Study Management Desktop.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Peppi has a number of reports available related to study rights and individual persons.
