The Monitoring graph tab is only visible on the PLP groups and My groups tabs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"197\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/131\/2020\/05\/PLP_guidance_monitor.png\" alt=\"Picture of PLP guidance monitor graph -tab\" class=\"wp-image-1585\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the drop-down menu, select the semester to be monitored, or Whole degree. In other words, you can monitor the student\u2019s progress by semester or with regard to the whole degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can select the order in which the students are displayed from the drop-down menu. Based on your selection, the page will display the students in a descending order according to criteria such as the amount of studies completed. The sorting options include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Not selected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scheduled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enrolled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can select the criteria according to which the data will be displayed on the monitoring bar. Select <strong>Show all<\/strong> to display all the options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also download the data in Excel format by clicking the&nbsp;<strong>Save as Excel -file<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the monitoring graph, you can monitor the progress of the studies of the group\u2019s students.
