The UAS can edit the reports in the system and create new reports using the report service available on the Administrator\u2019s Desktop. Reports are in folders and you can open them by clicking the name of the folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From the Reports top bar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Reports menu can be found on the top bar of the Study Management Desktop. The Reports menu displays the available reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the desired report (Note! The reports available for selection depend on your user rights. If the report you need is missing from the list, contact the system administrator.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the end of the row next to the desired report, select <strong>Run report<\/strong> -&gt; Choose the desired file format<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the window that appears, fill out the requested data fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Run report<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system will save the report on your computer where you can view it and print it out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reports and printouts related to the study entitlement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For instructions on how to use the reports and printouts related to the study entitlement see <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/study-management\/student-administration\/reports-and-printouts\/\">Reports and printouts<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Peppi has a number of reports available related to study rights and individual persons.
