Timetables and contacts can&#8217;t be told in Moodle or elsewhere but the reservations need to be made in Peppi so that students can see the timetables in one place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can see implementation&#8217;s reservations when you first search the realization and then click <em>Suggestions for time and location and timing<\/em> and scroll to <em>Reservations<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schedules must be edited and made in Peppi in <em>Plan and make teaching reservations<\/em> section. If you can&#8217;t make edits to your schedules please contact your unit\u00b4s education coordinator. <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/teachers-instructions\/teachers-schedules\/how-teachers-edit-schedules\/\">Read more about how teachers can edit their reservations.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to check teacher\u00b4s schedules and reservations in Peppi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <em>Resource planning and reservations<\/em> or <em>Open my own calendar<\/em> under <em>Calendar<\/em> heading<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"119\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/131\/2020\/06\/Teachersdesktop.jpg\" alt=\"Teacher\u00b4s desktop anr reservations\" class=\"wp-image-1858\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <em>Open my own calendar<\/em> from the main page of <em>Resource planning and reservations<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Open my own calendar<\/em> view opens in the week view by default an it displays all the reservations made by and made for the user<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calendar shows published reservations (green dot in the upper-left corner of a reservation) and suggested reservations (yellow dot in the upper-left corner of a reservation)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only published reservations are shown for students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teachers and education coordinators can see reservations with suggestion status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only published reservations are seen in your own calendar via <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/resource-planning-and-reservations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Outlook synchronization<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reservations are only edited and deleted in Peppi. If you delete your reservation in Outlook, it is still in Peppi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you delete reservation from Outlook it won\u00b4t be seen again in Outlook unless the original reservation is deleted and made again in Peppi by the original reserver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"158\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/131\/2020\/06\/Openmyowncalendar.jpg\" alt=\"Open my own calendar display\" class=\"wp-image-1859\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Browsing different calendar views<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The calendar view can be filtered under&nbsp;<em>Make other reservation<\/em> by rooms, equipment, persons, implementations and groups. The <em>Persons<\/em>&nbsp;field displays the user\u2019s name by default.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Units equipment and cars are searched from <em>Rooms<\/em> field. In the beginning of name is unit\u00b4s name. Don&#8217;t use <em>Equipment and vehicles<\/em> function from magnifying glass.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can search multiple things at the same time. When your mouse moves through reservations search results and results reservations will turn orange<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Calendar settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the&nbsp;<em>Move to date<\/em> button on the left-hand side above the calendar to switch to a specific date or use arrow buttons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the month and day buttons in the top-right part of the window to change the calendar view accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With <em>Settings<\/em> button you can specify for example the data shown in the reservation (room, group, subject, time)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If calendar doesn&#8217;t show all the information that you want check settings: Calendar interval might be too wide or you haven\u00b4t chosen all the information that you want to see<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All the reservations are made in Peppi whether the implementation is virtual or contact teaching.
