The templates contain the text fields used in the teaching and evaluation section of the implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saving the data in a template allow you to use the texts you have entered in all the implementations in which you use the same teaching and evaluation methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you have saved a template, you can download it for your subsequent implementations and edit the text separately for each implementation, as applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Downloading an existing template for an implementation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the implementation to which you want to import data from the template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Basic information of implementation<\/strong> &gt; \u2018<strong>Edit<\/strong>\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under \u2018Teaching\u2019, select \u2019<strong>Download template<\/strong>\u2019 to import the texts saved in the template that you selected to the text fields of the implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can edit the template texts in the fields under \u2018Teaching\u2019 to make them suitable for the implementation concerned.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You can save multiple templates.<br>You can edit or delete templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>NOTE! Any updates to and deletions from the template will not change or delete information from the implementations in which the template has been used.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>At Jamk, all implementation plans contain the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teaching methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time and location<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learning materials and recommended literature<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternative methods of implementation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical training and working life connections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exam dates and retake possibilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International connections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students workload<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content scheduling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Further information for students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluation scale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step-by-step instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select \u2018Year planning\u2019 -&gt; \u2018Templates\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create new template\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select \u2018Create template\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter a name for the template (mandatory information) and select the grading scale to be used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the information to be used in subsequent implementation planning in the applicable fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit an existing template\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the left-hand side navigation, click the template name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit the desired fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delete template\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the left-hand side navigation, click the cross icon next to the template name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select OK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revising an existing template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the \u2018Realizations\u2019 icon in the desktop top menu, and from the list that appears, select Templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1338\" height=\"421\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/131\/2020\/10\/Select-templates.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2223\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Figure 1.
