Here\u00b4s some tips how students can see and plan their schedules or if student doesn’t see implementations schedule or if student want’s to study something else than own groups implementations<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Note! If student has enrolled to subgroup only Tuudo shows that subgroup’s reservations which student has enrolled to. Peppi and timetable engine show all the subgroup reservations although student has enrolled only to one. Students can hide wrong sub-group reservations from Tuudo and timetable engine: They just find the reservations they want, click the reservation and click Hide event. From Peppi’s calendar student’s can’t hide reservations. If they have synchronized Peppi’s calendar to Outlook they can delete wrong sub-group reservations from Outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If student doesn’t remember the sub-group, he\/she can check the subgroup from PLP. They just choose Enrolments tab and scroll down to Enrolments. Student can enrol to implementations without choosing a sub-group. Teacher can add or change the sub-group from implementation’s Enrolment menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Student sees in Peppi schedules for those implementations he\/she is enrolled although enrolment is not accepted. Schedule can be seen if reservations are made for the implementation. Student can see the schedule when he\/she opens Resource calendar <\/em>in Peppi and clicks Own realizations <\/em>button. Schedule can also be seen in Tuudo app and student can synchronize schedule as teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If student tells he\/she can’t see schedules please check these things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can search other groups’ implementations with the help of timetable engine<\/p>\n\n\n\n When enrolment for implementations begins student can look in advance schedules for implementations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In timetable engine you can set for example your group\u00b4s default schedule as a base or those implementations you have enrolled. You can also search for other groups’ implementations by their names and look if they fit to your own schedule.
