{"id":4743,"date":"2021-10-07T11:12:41","date_gmt":"2021-10-07T08:12:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/study-management\/management-of-students-plp\/plp-approval\/"},"modified":"2024-01-05T14:32:42","modified_gmt":"2024-01-05T12:32:42","slug":"plp-approval","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/study-management\/management-of-students-plp\/plp-approval\/","title":{"rendered":"PLP approval"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The students\u2019 PLPs can be approved by approving the PLPs of the whole group all at the same time or by separately approving the PLP of an individual student. <strong>If you can\u2019t make changes to the PLP, make sure that you are editing the draft version of the PLP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Approving the PLPs of the students in the group all at the same time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The PLPs of the students in an PLP group cab be approved in one go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the Teacher\u00b4s Desktop -&gt; Students menu -&gt; PSP counselling -&gt; Students tab<br><strong>OR<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the Study Management Desktop -&gt; Student menu -&gt; PSP counselling -&gt; Students tab<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To view the students in the PLP group, the user must be assigned as the tutor of the students or the group concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"483\" height=\"135\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/131\/2020\/05\/PLP_guidance_approve_PLP.png\" alt=\"Picture of PLP guidances approve PLPs function\" class=\"wp-image-1697\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tick the checkboxes at the beginning of the rows to select the students whose PLPs you want to approve.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To select all the students, tick the checkbox on the heading row.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Approve selected PLPs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write a topic for the message and the desired message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Approve selected PLPs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PLP of an individual student<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The PLP of an individual student is approved in the PLP of the student concerned.
