Next update is 23.2.2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Features in update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cross-institutional studying<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A cross-institutional student\u2019s enrollment cannot be removed from the implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A message is sent to the student for every approved enrollment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enrollments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The student&#8217;s preference for the teaching group and the teacher&#8217;s placement in the teaching group are shown in their own columns on the registration tab of the PSP. In addition, the student&#8217;s wishes can be distinguished correctly even after the teacher has placed the enrollments. In enrollment tab the student can see the small group in which they have been placed, even if it differs from their wishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PLP<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The listing on the Enrollments tab has been divided into sections for a clearer view, and a sort function has been added to the column headings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ability to select which columns are visible on the Enrollments tab has been added to the view of staff desktops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The status of studies is displayed in the Enrollments sections in the same way as on the Inspection tab of the PLP. Statuses related to cross-institutional studies have also been taken into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assessment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pagination functionality has been added to the implementation assessment view for implementations with large amount of students. The user can adjust the page size (50, 100, 200 or 500 students per page) and switch to different pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automatic messages for implementation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Teacher can create automatic message for the implementation. The teacher can choose whether the email is sent immediately when the student enrolls for the implementation and\/or after the enrollment is approved. Messages are primarily sent to Jamk&#8217;s email address and, if this is not available, to the student&#8217;s personal email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The message must be added before the start of the implementation enrollment period. The message can no longer be edited after the start of the implementation enrollment period. It is not possible to add attachments to the message, but it is possible to add hyperlinks. Instructions to <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/teachers-instructions\/instructions-for-filling-out-the-implementation-plan-basic-information-of-implementation\/\">create automatic messages<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">eRPL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>eRPL sends a notification to the handler when the previous handler forwards the application to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A exemption application can be reassigned to another handler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The contents of the email notifications sent by eRPL have been updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paid education<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For paid education, it is possible to use a billing address other than the registrant\u2019s own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resource reservations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Plan and make teaching reservations view, you can lock the information in the green Resources to be reserved bar.
