After processing the application, you must transfer the information on the accreditation decision to the student\u2019s transcript of records. To do this, click \u2018Credit transfer<\/strong>\u2019 if the \u2018Add credit transfer\u2019 window does not open automatically (figure 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note. If your decision is ”approve completely”, do not click the Mark as handled button, because the student will then not receive a study attainment of accreditation for his\/her PLP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accreditation recording<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First, check that the student has filled in the information of his own study correctly, because they also affect the recording study attainment on the transcript of records and PLP. E.g. The credits and name fields must be filled in correctly. Read more in the checklist for teachers<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the figure below, the information filled in by the student is located on the left side of the window. To register the student’s study attainment (accreditation) in PLP, click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the Add credit transfer window (Figure 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: If the type of Replacement is \u2018one to many\u2019 or \u2018many to many\u2019 the information must be recorded separately for each study to be replaced (figure 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
