{"id":4766,"date":"2023-09-13T09:25:19","date_gmt":"2023-09-13T06:25:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/checklist-for-teachers\/"},"modified":"2025-06-24T08:19:05","modified_gmt":"2025-06-24T05:19:05","slug":"checklist-for-teachers","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/erpl-accreditation\/checklist-for-teachers\/","title":{"rendered":"Checklist for teachers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Teacher, check and, if necessary, correct at least these when approving students\u2019 applications for accreditation in eRPL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information entered by the student<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the student has submitted the right type of application (study, competence, exemption)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the type of accreditation<\/strong> is selected correctly (replacement, inclusion)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In the case of study<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>the original name of the study<\/strong> in Finnish and English corresponds to the name of the attainment in the student\u2019s transcript of records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Finnish and English names of the course are in the correct fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the credits of the original attainment<\/strong> corresponds to the credits recorded in the student\u2019s transcript of records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the date of original study attainment<\/strong> corresponds to the date in the student\u2019s transcript of records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the original grade<\/strong> corresponds to the grade in the student\u2019s transcript of records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the student has attached <strong>a transcript of records<\/strong> to the application. A link to the My studyinfo service is not enough!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In the case of competence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in case of competence, <strong>the name of the study <\/strong>in Finnish and English is descriptive but short. It will be shown in the student\u2019s transcript of records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in case of competence, the student may not have been able to fill in the credits and grade of the attainment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the student has added a description of competence and an attachment, <strong>such as a work certificate<\/strong> to the application. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information entered by you<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the credits field has the approved amount of credits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the assessment corresponds to the evaluation in the transcript of records; competence should be marked \u201cH\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>the date of accreditation<\/strong> is the date on which the application is processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teacher, check and, if necessary, correct at least these when approving students\u2019 applications for accreditation in eRPL.
