{"id":7103,"date":"2024-09-30T14:15:12","date_gmt":"2024-09-30T11:15:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/?page_id=7103"},"modified":"2024-11-11T10:48:09","modified_gmt":"2024-11-11T08:48:09","slug":"adding-and-removing-a-course-from-the-network","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi-ohjeet-henkilokunnalle\/en\/cross-institutional-studies\/cross-institutional-studies-planners-instructions\/adding-and-removing-a-course-from-the-network\/","title":{"rendered":"Adding and removing a course from the network"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adding a course to the network through the curriculum<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the curriculum information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the Structure tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the button next to the course title and select Connections to Cross-Institutional Study Networks.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The \u2018Curriculum Course\u2019s Connections to Cross-Institutional Study Networks\u2019 pop-up window opens.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select \u2018Edit Curriculum Course\u2019s Connections\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Another \u2018Curriculum Course\u2019s Connections to Cross-Institutional Study Networks\u2019 pop-up window opens.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Find the desired network in the \u2018Add Networks\u2019 drop-down menu and save your selection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the \u2018Show History\u2019 check box to see the previous networks of the course, which will be displayed as crossed out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Removing a course from the network<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This method only works if the course is directly connected to the network. If the connection is inherited from a parent study content, you cannot delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the \u2018Links to Cross-Institutional Study Networks\u2019 tab under \u2018Course Details\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u2018Edit Direct Connections\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select a network by clicking on the checkbox next to it, confirm your selection and save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the \u2018Show History\u2019 check box to see the network you removed in the connection list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adding a course to the network through the curriculum Select the \u2018Show History\u2019 check box to see the previous networks of the course, which will be displayed as crossed out.
