If the course for which the implementation is generated, already contains the information that the course is part of the cross-institutional study network, the information is inherited into the new implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The presumption is that implementations inherit direct connections from their parent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Create the implementation as usual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to the implementation\u2019s Quota Groups<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the eye icon.\n
      \n
    • The \u2018Connections to cross-institutional study networks\u2019 tab opens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click on \u2018Edit Direct Connections<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select a network in the \u2018Add Networks\u2019 drop-down menu and save your selection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select Add cross-institutional studies quota<\/strong> and enter the number of quota students in the pop-up window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Transfer of the implementation to the national service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The implementation will be transferred to the national service (and then to the basic systems of the higher education institutions belonging to the network) when its status is \u2018Published\u2019 and it has been assigned quota groups for cross-institutional studies<\/strong>. The information on the implementation is transferred to the national service (including time and location data). If any of the fields in the schema are blank, the information will not be transferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Please note: Also the structure in which the course is located, must be published.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Please note: Students can only see the implementation after the enrolment period has been entered.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Removing an implementation from a network<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Removing the cross-institutional study quota groups from an implementation will remove the implementation from a network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Go to the implementation\u2019s Quota Groups tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Remove the quota group by clicking on the X.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        After removing the quota, the cross-institutional studies network can be found under the title \u2018Cross-institutional studies without quota groups\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Please note that if the enrolment has begun and there are registered students on the implementation, the quota group data for the implementation\u2019s cross-institutional studies cannot be removed.
