The meeting times are listed under the name of the person who suggests a meeting.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-404\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2020\/05\/Appointments.jpg\" alt=\"List od appointments\" width=\"640\" height=\"218\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click on the name of the person you wish to meet to open more detailed information about the meeting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meeting time<\/li>\n<li>Meeting subject<\/li>\n<li>The number of people who have accepted the meeting and the number of people to whom the meeting is suggested<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Confirming an appointment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the <em>+ Add appointment\u00a0<\/em>button in front of the reservation information to add yourself in the reservation.<\/li>\n<li>NOTE! Do not use the message field although is there<\/li>\n<li>Confirm appointment pressing <em>Confirm <\/em>button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The appointment is added to your calendar.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1336\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2021\/04\/Meeting-time.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"282\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Appointment synchronizes also in to your Outlook if you have chosen in Outlook synchronization settings <em>if I am attached to reservation via persons field &#8211; other than teaching related reservations.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In addition, the reservation is now displayed in bold in the <em>Meeting times<\/em> view of the Student\u2019s Desktop.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancelling a meeting<\/h2>\n<p>To cancel a meeting after confirmation, click the x icon after the meeting row.
