You can access the timetable engine at <a href=\"http:\/\/lukkarit.peppi.jamk.fi\">lukkarit.peppi.jamk.fi<\/a> or from the link on the first page of the Pakki student desktop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In timetable engine you can set for example your group\u00b4s default schedule as a base or those implementations you have enrolled. You can also search for other groups&#8217; implementations by their names and look if they fit to your own schedule. You can also search implementations with <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/en\/calendar\/timetable-engine\/#freeperiod\">free period search<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The timetable engine opens in Finnish by default, but you can change the language by clicking the <em>FI<\/em> button. When you have logged in, you can change the language from the arrow next to your name in the top-right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timetable engine open in <em>Current events <\/em>view. You can search schedules by clicking <em>Calendar<\/em> button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you log in to the timetable engine for the first time, the program creates an automatic course timetable based on the implementations you have enrolled to. Automatic schedule aka &#8221;Automaattinen lukuj\u00e4rjestys&#8221; is first your default schedule.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/en\/calendar\/timetable-engine\/creating-a-new-timetable\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1030\">You can change the default schedule<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The timetable engine only retrieves information from Peppi. It cannot be used for adding or enrolling to implementations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As a student, you are able to view in the timetable engine the reservations to which you have been accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekends will only appear in your calendar if there are events on Saturday or Sunday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can use timetable engine without logging in but only logging in you can save your schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If implementation is virtual there\u00b4s not necessary timetable for it. If virtual implementation consists of webinars they are usually in timetable. If they are not, please contact the implementations teacher so webinars can be added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"146\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2022\/01\/Smallgroup_enroll.png\" alt=\"Smallgroup info in enrollment\" class=\"wp-image-1529\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Small groups<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can delete wrong sub-group reservations from Tuudo and timetable engine. Find the reservations you want, click the reservation and click <em>Hide event.<\/em> From Peppi&#8217;s calendar you can&#8217;t hide reservations. The system creates the timetable based on the content of the basket. A default timetable or auto-generated timetable cannot be deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Switch to the <em>Calendar admin<\/em> view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <em>Delete<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"notes\">Adding notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Notes are timetable-specific and cannot be edited afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select <em>Index &gt;Notes&gt; +Create new note<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the desired text in the field and select <em>Save<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viewing and deleting notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Switch to the <em>Calendar admin<\/em> view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the note icon next to the timetable name. The number shown in the icon indicates the number of notes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To delete a note, click the recycle bin icon.
