A pop-up window opens where you find <em>Settings<\/em> and <em>Sing Out<\/em> buttons. Click <em>Settings<\/em> and you may view your own and study entitlement information. In the left side, there are two menus, Student&#8217;s Information and Study Entitlement Information. In this instructions site, you find first the guidance for Student&#8217;s Information followed by guidance for Study Entitlement Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"594\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2021\/03\/stuPeppi-Own-info-menus-instr.jpg\" alt=\"View in Peppi\" class=\"wp-image-1211\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"personal details\">Personal details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You may only view your personal details but you can not edit them. If there is a need to make changes to your personal details, please, leave a request in <a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/en\/\">Helpdesk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have multiple study entitlements in Jamk, you are studying e.g. in two degree programmes, you may change between your different study entitlements by clicking the degree\/education name on top of the left side menus. Your study entitlements open in a pop-up window. Click any of the study entitlements and you may view its information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viewing and planning of studies, study attainments as well as other functions in the Students&#8217; Desktop always affect the chosen study entitlement (degree\/education).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"351\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2021\/03\/stuPeppi-Own-info-Entitlements-instr.jpg\" alt=\"View in Peppi\" class=\"wp-image-1209\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"contactinformation\">Contact information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You may edit your contact information in this window by clicking <em>Edit contact information<\/em>. Complement or edit the information and <em>Save<\/em>. You may return by clicking <em>Cancel<\/em> or the window&#8217;s upper right hand corner check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"datadistributions\">Data distributions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You may edit your permissions for data distribution by clicking <em>Edit data permissions<\/em>. Choose either <em>Allow<\/em> or <em>No<\/em> after every permission and <em>Save<\/em> or return without changes by clicking <em>Cancel<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"508\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2021\/03\/stuPeppi-Data-permissions-instr.jpg\" alt=\"View in Peppi\" class=\"wp-image-1207\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nextofkin\">Next of kin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By choosing <em>Next of kin<\/em>, you may add persons and their contact information. It is advisable to add at least one next of kin and his\/her contact information in Peppi. You may add a next of kin from the button by that name. Fill in the data fields and <em>Save<\/em> or return without changes by clicking <em>Cancel<\/em>.
