You can book rooms from <em>Room reservation.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"460\" height=\"996\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2025\/12\/IMG_6325-e1764754225302.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3830\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the first tab you can see your favourite rooms and the facilities or equipment to which you have the right to book.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can search calendars from <em>Room reservation<\/em> by writing the name or the code of the room. You can also narrow search results by campus, room type, date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the room you want by clicking it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you don\u00b4t have the right to book there\u00b4s red <em>You cannot reserve<\/em> button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Making a Reservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When you have clicked the room you see a picture of a room and information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Down you see when the room is free for the next time for an hour and you can reserve room from <em>Reserve<\/em> button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you want to search own time or reserve longer than an hour click <em>Today<\/em> button below <em>Reserve<\/em> button and calendar opens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find the time that suits you and click on the calendar. You can use your finger to move around to edit the time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Name of the reservation is mandatory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost center is not mandatory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <em>Confirm reservation<\/em>. You get a notification when it succees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2025\/12\/IMG_6329.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3831\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can see your bookings in the room\u00b4s calendar, in Tuudo\u00b4s front page and in <em>Reservations<\/em> and in Peppi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"266\" src=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/130\/2022\/11\/Tuudo_varaus-Pepissa_eng.jpg\" alt=\"Peppi shows reservations made in Tuudo\" class=\"wp-image-1719\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Making a Reservation by Time Range<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have to make a reservation in specific time and you want to see available rooms on that time choose <em>Time <\/em>bar from <em>Room reservation<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit the time if needed. Then click <em>Confirm <\/em>button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then you see the rooms which are free on that time. Click the room you want and reserve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You see list of rooms which are free on that timeperiod. Click <em>Reserve <\/em>from the room you want and reserve it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Edit and Cancel Reservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can see all the bookings you have made under <em>Reservations<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can cancel a reservation by clicking the <em>Cancel reservation<\/em> button.
