Then fill in the application in Peppi, where you should first add the information for the guidance discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the Students\u2019 Desktop, go to the eRPL Accreditation page and select <strong>New application<\/strong> at the top of the page on the right (figure 1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the <strong>guidance discussion<\/strong> details (figure 2):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is recommended that the first page of the application is completed during the guidance discussion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the date field, enter the date on which you had the guidance discussion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From the drop-down menu, select the teacher with whom you had the discussion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Additional information field, enter the content of the discussion and what was agreed upon. The details will be automatically fetched from the national data repository via the Emrex service.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"link-lifts-block_20edd9b276dabad3b1f12d5625488f88\" class=\"link-lifts block-link-lifts\">\n  <div class=\"row\">\n            <div class=\"col-12 col-lg-4 block-link-lifts__column\">\n          <div class=\"block-link-lifts__item pink\">\n            <h3 class=\"block-link-lifts__item--heading\">Go to the instructions for accreditation of studies<\/h3>\n                          <ul class=\"block-link-lifts__item--link-list\">\n                                                                        <li>\n                                              <a class=\"link-list\" href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/en\/erpl-accreditation\/accreditation-of-studies\/\" target=\"_self\">Accreditation of studies \u2013 replacement<\/a>\n                                          <\/li>\n                                                                                          <li>\n                                              <a class=\"link-list\" href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/peppi\/en\/erpl-accreditation\/accreditation-of-studies-inclusion\/\" target=\"_self\">Accreditation of studies \u2013 inclusion<\/a>\n                                          <\/li>\n                                                <\/ul>\n            \n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Place of performance details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note: Fill in this information only if you are applying for accreditation based on other previously acquired competence, such as work experience or skills gained through a hobby.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start filling in the application from the section <strong>Places of performance<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the \u201cAdd place of performance\u201d button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Place of performance window, enter where you have completed the studies with which you are applying for accreditation (figure 3).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As the <strong>type<\/strong>, select:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Educational institution, when you are applying with prior studies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work experience or Other is selected when you are applying with prior informal learning (e.g., work experience, hobby).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the type of institution where you completed your studies as the <strong>Place of performance type<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Usually, you would select either universities of applied sciences or universities here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When applying with prior learning, select \u2018Outside of formal education\u2019 here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the next field, select the appropriate institution if the type of place of performance is a type of institution.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have selected \u201cWork experience\u201d or \u201cOther\u201d as the type, first choose \u201cOutside of formal education\u201d in the Place of performance field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also check the box \u201cThe employer can not be found in the menu\u201d. In the Name of employer field, enter the name of the place of performance in both Finnish and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Name of the study<\/strong> field, enter the name of the course you have completed at the institution. Note: Enter the name as it appears on your transcript of records or certificate. Write the name also in English (often found on the transcript of records or on the curriculum of the educational institution).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have completed a study module, enter its name in this field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For prior learning, enter either your job title or briefly describe the learning you have acquired, such as management competence, team leadership. Also enter the learning you have acquired in English. Be very careful when filling in this field, as this information will also appear on your transcript of records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the <strong>Description<\/strong> field, find the learning outcomes of the course you have completed on the website of the educational institution in question.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For prior learning, write an overview of what you have done in the field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>Competences acquired compared to the competence goals<\/strong> field, you may provide more detailed information on the prior learning you have acquired.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are applying for accreditation with a study module, enter the learning outcomes of all courses you have completed in this field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are applying for accreditation with prior learning, describe what learning you have acquired as accurately as possible in the field. If you have described your acquired learning in a portfolio or video, add a link here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Attach<\/strong> a certificate stating that you have completed the studies. You should always attach a transcript of records. If you wish, you can also add a link to your own Studyinfo, for example, in the previous field.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you apply for accreditation with work experience, a certificate of employment is a required attachment. In other cases, you may attach, for example, a recommendation, a learning diary or a portfolio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Note. It might be that the browser has outdated cache.<br \/>\n\u2013&gt; Try a) clearing the browser cache b) using incognito mode c) using another browser or another computer<br \/>\n2. It might be that a browser extension is interfering.<br \/>\n\u2013&gt; Try disabling all extensions (e.g., adblock, if you have it).<br \/>\n3.
