Box 207<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FI-40101 Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4, Finland<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 Contact person in matters concerning the register, contact information during office hours <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Director in charge of the register: Vice Rector Heikki Malinen<br><br>Responsible for the process: Educational Development Manager Hannu Ikonen<br><br>Main user in content: Rika Nakamura firstname.surename@jamk.fi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4 Purpose for processing personal information <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Collected personal data are used for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>user authorization in exam service&nbsp; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>making it possible to contact users of exam service&nbsp; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>management of learning and grading of students in exam service&nbsp; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>verify whether a student has taken the exam in person <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>verify whether the exam has been taken according to instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data in the log files of the server is used for working out technical problems and investigating abuse of the service. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 Data contents of the register<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Following data will be retrieved from your home organization at your consent in each login:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>email address <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Home organization <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student ID <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User role <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Course information <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking information (date and time, place, computer used) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exam questions and answers (information is stored for at least 6 months) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluation and grade <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The video recordings in the Examstudio will be saved in a separate monitoring system (<a href=\"https:\/\/help.jamk.fi\/tietosuoja\/en\/camera-surveillance-exam-room-privacy-statement\/\">the privacy statement of the camera surveillance<\/a>).  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6 Legal bases for processing personal data <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject. The consent of the data subject. Consent can be cancelled by contacting the administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7 Regular information sources <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Information is fetched from your home organisation on your consent every time you log in to the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8 Regular information disclose and information transfer outside the EU or the European Economic Area <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Information is not regularly rendered to third parties. Data is not transmitted outside the EU or EEA, or international organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9 Register protection principles <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No manual material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the network TLS\/SSL technology is used to protect personal data. Inthe service the personal data file is protected by personal user accounts and authorisation of administrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10 Retention period or criteria for determining <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The personal data in the data file are only stored for during the work or study period. The data (exam answers) as a rule for 18 months.
