Consent can be cancelled by contacting the main users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7 Regular information sources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Information is gathered from the person to be registered in the enrolment\/application stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8 Regular information disclose and information\ntransfer outside the EU or the European Economic Area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The personal data\nis transferred to the study information system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The processing of\npersonal data has been outsourced through an assignment contract. The service\nprovider handles personal data on behalf of the controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information is\nnot regularly rendered to third parties. Data is not transmitted outside the EU\nor EEA, or international organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9 Register protection principles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The register does\nnot contain manually collected material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access to the system is limited at Jamk to specific persons and is determined by their working duties. The use of the system requires a user ID and a password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All servers are\nlocated in a locked location and access is monitored. Servers are only allowed\nfor administrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10 Retention period or criteria for determining<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To enable studying the personal information is transferred to the Study information system. Registers are stored in accordance with the Jamk information management plan, and the data has specified retention periods. Data in the national higher education achievement register is stored permanently.
