The cameras are placed in \npre-designed locations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8 Regular information disclose and information transfer outside the EU or the European Economic Area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Visitor information and camera surveillance image can be submitted to  Jamk\u2019s internal security oversight or to the police as pre-trial  material. Information may be disclosed to Jamk staff in case of  suspected misuse of the exam situation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data is not transmitted outside the EU or EEA, or international organizations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9 Register protection principles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All cameras and recorders are in a locked location and access is monitored and are only allowed for specified persons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10 Retention period or criteria for determining <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The data in the register will be kept for as long as they are \nnecessary for the purpose of camera surveillance, but not exceeding 30 \ndays.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11 Automatic decision-making\/profiling <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Automated profiling related to personal data is not conducted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12 Rights of the Data Subject  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Recording camera surveillance is part of personal and area safety.  Documents relating to or affecting the realisation of the security  arrangements of persons, buildings, installations, constructions, and  data and communications systems shall be confidential. (<em>Act on the Openness of Government Activities 621\/1999 24.1\u00a77<\/em>).  The information will only be disclosed to the Jamk\u2019s internal security  control if suspected of misuse.
