Podcast backpack

The podcast backpack contains a podcast mixer/recorder, three microphones with stands and cables, and three headphones. The mixer has connections for four microphones, but the fourth channel can also be used with USB devices, in which case you can connect a computer or a mobile device to it, and then e.g. Zoom or Teams as one party to the conversation. You can also make phone calls through it. The mixer can also be used as a sound source for video recording or streaming via USB cable. A bluetooth module is available as an additional device for the device, but we don’t have it in the equipment yet, maybe in the future? Each audio track is saved as a separate file on the memory card.

For now, the podcast backpack can be borrowed from the Digicentre’s staff, maybe in the future it will be found in a lending system.
