Administrating the sites

Each site usually has several administrators who are responsible for the site’s content, timeliness, and accessibility. In addition, there are editors on the sites who have the right to create pages and content. If you feel that updating the guidelines for a certain topic falls within your duties, or if you notice errors in any instructions, please contact us through a service request. We will direct you to the administrator of the respective site.

Ordering a new site

Ordering a New Site New sites can be created for the Help site. Before you order a site, first consider whether you need an entirely new site for your topic or if a single page or two would suffice in an existing site. A site always consists of several different pages, so creating a new site may not be necessary if the topic area is not very extensive.

Deleting a site

If you are the administrator of the site, you can completely delete the site if necessary. Please note that this action will permanently delete the site, including all pages, media, etc., belonging to the site. The information cannot be restored, so consider carefully if you plan to perform this action. You can move an individual page to the trash from the Pages menu in the control view.

1) To delete your own site click Tools and then click Delete Site in the Dashboard.

2) Confirm that you want to delete the site by ticking the box. Please note that the site cannot be restored after removal. Then press Delete my site permanently button.

3) You will be sent an email with a link in it. Click on this link to delete your site.
