Instructions for Jamk’s users on how to reset MFA settings

Many users may have encountered problems with the Authenticator app when signing into Jamk’s services. The most common reasons for these issues include changing your phone, restoring the device to factory settings, or uninstalling the Authenticator app. In these cases, you will no longer be able to approve sign-in requests or enable a new MFA method if a secondary MFA method has not been set.

The solution in such situations is to reset your MFA settings, after which multi-factor authentication (MFA) can be set up again. More detailed instructions for resetting the MFA settings can be found at this link. Once the reset is complete, users must re-enable MFA.
