Home use licenses

With different campus agreements, staff and students may also use the licensed software on their personal computers. Please note that the license terms determine if, when and how you can use the software. The end user must ensure that the license terms are complied.

It is always a good idea to have a backup of downloaded programs and license codes!

Adobe Creative Cloud (Staff)

Staff can download Creative Cloud programs to their home computer free of charge. The license covers the entire Creative Cloud package and also includes 100GB of disk space on the web service.

Instructions:

Go to https://creativecloud.adobe.com
Select Download from “Download Creative Cloud” box
Save and execute the installation file
Launch Adobe Creative Cloud. Signing in with Jamk’s email address and password
You can install the programs you want from the Apps menu

Adobe Creative Cloud (students)

Students can purchase an Adobe Creative Cloud license from the partner’s online store. After ordering and activation, commissioning takes place in the same way as with the staff. See the instructions above or in the e-mail from the online store.

The licensing model below is defined by Adobe and Jamk cannot influence it. Students can also purchase a license from Adobe’s own service at a student price if they wish. You can buy a license there for one year at a time.

Note the following!

The price depends on the time of purchase. Always check the price in the online store before buying.
- The student acquires the license between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2023, price €360
- The student acquires the license between 1 September 2023 and 31 August 2024, price €240
- The student acquires a license between 1 September 2024 and 29 August 2025, price €120
If your studies end before 29 August 2025, the right to use the software ends at the same time as your studies
Money will not be returned
All material stored in Creative Cloud must be retrieved before the license expires
