10.9 Ending the project and transferring grades to Peppi
In the last phase of the project, the student takes his thesis to Theseus and brings the publication link to Wihi. All theses are published electronically.
NOTE. The student may take his thesis to Theseus only after receiving permission from the thesis tutor.
After this, approve the published thesis link from the Thesis to be registered tab (Figure 1).
Upon approving the link, you archive the thesis and related documents in the Tweb Records Management. Select the PDF document according to the title from the drop-down menu in each row (Figure 2). Documents to be stored below (mandatory documents in bold):
- The latest version of the thesis, named Thesis_Lastname_Firstname_groupcode.pdf
- Statement of the working life tutor (Statement_commissioner_Lastname_Firstname_groupcode.pdf)
- Thesis agreement (Thesisagreement_Lastname_Firstname_Unit.pdf)
- Self-assessment (Selfassessment_Lastname_Firstname_groupcode.pdf)
NOTE. The thesis agreement must include appendices and appendix confidentiality agreement, if they have been prepared.
By clicking Approve button, you will also transfer the final grades and the thesis information (e.g. name in Finnish and English) to Peppi, and then they will be visible to the student. The thesis project ends.
