Remote access services

Most of Jamk’s Information systems, such as M365 and Elmo-intra can be accessed outside of campus, but for security reasons, some services are not available from public internet and must be used within campus network or with remote connection.

You can can find list of all Information systems in Elmo-intra. Systems that are only available from campus network or through remote connection are marked with a mention or an icon.

Remote work connection is established by going to the address or using “Windows app” application (available from Microsoft Store). Log in with your Jamk email address and password. From there you can start the desired remote desktop. More detailed instructions how to use remote-connection can be found from Remote desktop -page
