In Moodle questions, contact the Elearning Designer of your school. In clearly technical issues, you can also submit a service request to Helpdesk. We respond to service requests as soon as possible.
Students should primarily contact their teachers if they have Moodle related questions. If necessary, the teacher will contact an Elearning Designer or Helpdesk.
Students can practice using Moodle on a self-study course. You can find the course in Moodle when you type the course name Student Moodle Orientation in the course search.

Current Moodle-related news are shared in Helpdesk news, Jamk intra news, the top banner of the Moodle login page, and in Verkko-opetus (at) Jamk Teams group that is intended for Jamk teachers.
If Moodle is not working properly, check the current Help news to see if there is, for example, a scheduled downtime. Scheduled downtimes are notified in advance in the top banner of the Moodle login page.
