4.4.7 Library’s information-seeking guidance
An integral part of the thesis is systematic information seeking, which is clearly defined and delineated in terms of the subject matter. Information seeking typically becomes more specific as the thesis progresses. New areas of interest will emerge and the topic becomes further delineated. Information seeking is a creative process in which the sources that have already been found affect both the specification of the task and the search for, and discovery of, new fascinating perspectives and sources of information.
Participate the Information Seeking for Thesis Writers course and related tasks in Moodle. Participate in also the information-seeking workshops provided by Jamk’s library.
