Adding and removing a course from the network
Adding a course to the network through the curriculum
- Go to the curriculum information.
- Go to the Structure tab.
- Click the button next to the course title and select Connections to Cross-Institutional Study Networks.
- The ‘Curriculum Course’s Connections to Cross-Institutional Study Networks’ pop-up window opens.
- Select ‘Edit Curriculum Course’s Connections’.
- Another ‘Curriculum Course’s Connections to Cross-Institutional Study Networks’ pop-up window opens.
- Find the desired network in the ‘Add Networks’ drop-down menu and save your selection.
- The ‘Curriculum Course’s Connections to Cross-Institutional Study Networks’ pop-up window opens.
Select the ‘Show History’ check box to see the previous networks of the course, which will be displayed as crossed out.
Removing a course from the network
This method only works if the course is directly connected to the network. If the connection is inherited from a parent study content, you cannot delete it.
- Go to the ‘Links to Cross-Institutional Study Networks’ tab under ‘Course Details’.
- Click ‘Edit Direct Connections’.
- Select a network by clicking on the checkbox next to it, confirm your selection and save.
- Click the ‘Show History’ check box to see the network you removed in the connection list.
