Room and equipment management
In Peppi, rooms and equipment are managed by the resource management administrator, and all changes and additions must be requested via the Helpdesk.
1 Equipment management
The unit’s own equipment can be added, edited and removed. Note that the unit’s equipment is displayed to all Peppi users even if the right to make reservations is only assigned to a specific group of people.
In the request, you must specify:
- The name of the accessory/equipment
- Potential room code (if not relevant, the administrator will define this)
- Potential additional information/instructions for the use of the equipment
- Potential photo attachment (size 640×480)
2 Room management
Room management comprises campus names, room types, rooms and their status information as well as allowed reservation times within the campus opening hours.
The room names, equipment, images, other additional information and status codes are updated upon request.
