Enrolment processing

The student’s information is visible in the partner institution’s Peppi (enrolment register and implementation) after the student has enroled for the first time for the implementation organised by the institution in question.

The students of other higher education institutions are shown in the enrolment view of the implementation. These students can be identified from the symbol in front of the icon in the Status column:

Move the pointer over the icon to see the study entitlement information of the home institution.

The student may cancel their approved enrolment within the enrolment period. However, their study entitlement remains valid for the target institution.

The student may cancel an enrolment that has not been approved even though the enrolment period has expired.

You cannot add a cross-institutional student directly to the implementation in the enrolment or assessment view or in a course. Instead, they must enrol through their own higher education institution.

The right to cross-institutional studies is granted until the end of the academic year that contains the final day of the implementation. If a student enrols for an implementation that ends later than this, the study entitlement period changes after they have been approved for the implementation. However, the end date of the study entitlement cannot be later than that of the home institution.
