Cross-institutional study assessment

You can assess and edit and correct the study attainments of cross-institutional students in the implementation assessment views just like you do for the students at your own organisation. A cross-institutional student can be identified by an icon.

Cross-institutional students cannot be given credits through the Personal Learning Plan or in the Course Evaluation view.

In order to edit cross-institutional study attainments in the Personal Learning Plan view or the Study Attainments view, you must have the right to “Edit Incoming Cross-Institutional Study Attainments”.

The evaluated study attainments and their modifications or corrections are automatically transferred to the student’s home institution as normal study attainments.

The study attainments are transferred from the university of applied sciences to VIRTA as normal cross-institutional study attainments. Information on the completion of cross-institutional studies is transferred to VIRTA as accredited studies.
